Ján Stacho

was one of the most distinctive concretists from the creative group Trnavská skupina and a representative of the new movement in Slovak poetry in the 1960s. He wrote several books of poetry, including his debut, Svadobná cesta (Honeymoon, 1961) or Apokryfy (Apocrypha, 1969), and translated numerous works by his fellow poets, including Béranger, Rimbaud or Neruda.
