"Let us be excited about books which come to offer us a spiritual asylum, where imagination grows. All of that plays a role in our inner culture and in the transformation of individuals and societies."

"The newest poetry collection by Mila Haugová does not leave the garden. However, it enriches the garden with a new dimension: mystical duality. We can see hints of it in the cover illustration created by Osmo Rauhala, which depicts two does underneath the Little Dipper, home to the Polaris. The does, turned back to back, seem heraldic. Just like it is with a pair of lions or eagles on coats of arms, duality multiplies the force of a message while also symbolizing the duality of body and soul; the bond between mortality and eternity.
